Accounts

Do I need to set up an account to shop on the website?
You can shop as a guest or set up an account. When you set up an account, you will be able to view your order history, order tracking and set up a wish list to allow you to order frequently ordered items more quickly. Click on New Account to set up an account with Max-Wellness.
I have changed my address, email address and/or credit card. How do I change my account information?
To change your address or other account information, click on My Account tab. Click on My Information or My Address Book. Click on EDIT to make appropriate changes. Click on SAVE to save your changes. We do not save or store your credit card information on the Max-Wellness website.

How do I check on my order that has been shipped but not yet received?
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. Click on the link identified on the email for detailed tracking information. Order Status

How can I find out the status of my order?
After your personal account is created, you may view your orders in your order history. If your order status is identified as OPEN, the order is being processed, but not yet shipped. If your order status is identified as SHIPPED, your order is on its way to you. You may view delivery status by clicking on the tracking information link in order history.
I'm missing an item from my order. What do I do?
First, check your invoice to make sure the item was shipped and not out of stock. If it was shipped and is missing, contact customer service via email at: customerservice@max-wellness.com or call 1-877-788-1220 for assistance.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST time will be shipped the same day, pending credit approval.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST time will be shipped the next business day.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST time on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or holidays will be shipped the next business day.

Ordering & Payment

How do I place an order?
Simple! Just search for items by category, manufacturer, key word or part number. Click on the item you want to order. Type the quantity you want to order (if more than 1), check the box next to the item you want to order then click on Add to Cart. Continue to shop for additional items. When all the items are in your shopping cart, click on Check Out and follow the directions for shipping and payment to complete your purchase.
I know the item numbers I want to order, Is there a fast way to add them to an order?
There are several ways to add items to your orders quickly. You can type the item number in the Search by Key word box. You can set up a wish list of your frequently ordered items under your personal account on the Max-Wellness website. You can then use the wish list to add items to your orders. You can create multiple wish lists or edit your wish list at any time. You can also add an item to your order from your order history.
If the status of my order is OPEN, what does that mean?
If your order status is identified as OPEN, the order has been placed but not yet shipped. If your order status is identified as SHIPPED, you will also see tracking information from the shipper.
Can I add or delete items to my order after I have submitted it?
Max-Wellness works hard to ship orders as quickly as possible. Because orders are processed quickly, we are not able to change orders once they are submitted. Can I change the shipping address on an order after it has been submitted?

What forms of payment to do you accept?
On-line orders can be paid by credit card, debit card and PayPal. We accept the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept most bank VISA or MasterCard debit cards.
When is my credit card charged for the items that I order?
Your credit card is charged when your order is shipped.
How can I view orders I've placed in the past?
If you have set up an account with Max-Wellness, you can see your past orders in your order history.
Will you notify me if there are problems with my order?

What is the Max-Wellness privacy policy?

Is my credit card information kept secure?
We use a secure server to prevent unauthorized individuals from gathering your credit card information. All sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our payment gateway provider's database which is only accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, who are required to keep the information confidential.
I don't want to give my credit card information online. Are there other ways to order?
At this time, we are only accepting orders on our website or at one of our retail stores. For credit card transactions, we use a secure server for your safety and also accept PayPal. For our store locations, click the Stores link at the bottom of any page.
Do you share my information with other companies?
Your privacy is important to Max-Wellness. The information you enter when making a purchase will be utilized by your credit card company, the payment processors and financial gateways necessary to authorize credit card payments. A product I wish to buy has been discontinued. What can I do?
Max-Wellness is unable to order products that have been discontinued by the manufacturer. Email us at: customerservice@max-wellness.com and we will suggest an alternative product or service that may meet your needs.

Return Policy

What is the Max-Wellness return policy?
Any item purchased from max-wellness.com may be returned for refund within thirty (30) days from date of purchase.
How do I return an item?
Please email customerservice@max-wellness.com. In the subject field, please write, “Request for Return” and the date you’re sending the email. In the body of the email include your name, phone number, email address, order number and product information for the item(s) you wish to return. A customer service representative will contact you within 2 business days and provide instructions for returning the item(s).
What should I do if items arrive damaged or defective?
Max-Wellness makes every effort to pick and pack orders carefully. If you received a damaged or defective item, email us at: customerservice@max-wellness.com. In your email please include your name, phone number, order number and a brief description of the damaged or defective item. We will contact you within 2 business days and provide instructions for returning your damaged/defective item. We will ship the replacement product to you as quickly as possible and follow-up with you to ensure your complete satisfaction.
What should I do if I receive the wrong item?
If you received the wrong item, email us at: customerservice@max-wellness.com. In your email please include your name, phone number, order number and the item you received. We will contact you within 2 business days and provide instructions for returning the item you received. We will ship the correct product to you as quickly as possible and follow-up with you to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Can I return products ordered on the Max-Wellness website to a Max-Wellness retail store?
Website orders cannot be returned to a Max-Wellness retail store at this time. Please contact Customer Service at: customerservice@max-wellness.com to return an item purchased on our website.
When will credit be issued for my return?
Credit will be issued to your credit card account within 48 hours of receipt of your returned product.

Shipping

When will my order ship?
Orders placed by 3 pm EST will pack and ship the same day, pending credit approval.
What shipping company will deliver my order?
Your order may ship any of 3 ways. FedEx ground service, UPS ground service or US Postal Service. The cost is $4.99 unless otherwise noted. Product orders cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box address. FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $99 and delivered to the continental United States.
Will I be notified when my order ships?
An email confirmation will be sent when your order ships.
Can I ship to an address other than my own?
You can ship orders to any address in the continental United States (this does not include Alaska or Hawaii). The checkout process has a separate address option if you are shipping to an address other than your own. Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
