Any products or services purchased from max-wellness.com may be returned for refund within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. Please note, internet orders must be returned to Max-Wellness Customer Service and cannot be returned to a Max-Wellness Retail store.
If you desire to return your purchased item(s) due to overall product dissatisfaction; the original shipping cost is non-refundable and the return shipping costs will be at your expense.
To initiate the return process, please email email@example.com. In the subject field, please write, “Request for Return” and the date you’re sending the email. In the body of the email include your name, phone number, email address, order number and product information for the item(s) you wish to return. A customer service representative will contact you within two business days and supply the return authorization number and any additional instructions.
If your item is damaged, expired or your order is incorrect – please email firstname.lastname@example.org for additional assistance.
